You're not listening to what you're being told about the sourcing. A person gets a Wikipedia article by being the subject of reliable source coverage in media other than his own employer, not by having "staff" profiles on the self-published website of his own employer. But the references here are all of the latter type, not the former, which means that none of them are notability-supporting sources at all.
