Re: list of wars involving South Africa

[edit]

Hello. Rather than trying to explain your edits to me in particular, you probably want to provide an in-article citation for the information you are changing, or at least provide one in the edit summary. For information on what sources would constitute an appropriate citation, please see WP:Reliability. Thank you for checking in. - Vianello (Talk) 22:00, 7 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

As a follow-up, you may want to view the article's talk page, where one reverting user has addressed the subject. Also, are you the same user who made these edits?
Please desist with this continued edit warring. I will try to explain the process once more: You are welcome to add new information to an article based on new sources (as long as they meet WP:Reliability and the like). Ripping down/changing existing, sourced information is not acceptable (especially when you change it to something the given source did not say), nor is simply replacing the information and its source with something else that you prefer. If you wish to discuss changing sourced information, please discuss it on the article's talk page, as you have been repeatedly advised to do. There, you can make your case for why you feel the source and information given are incorrect/improperly represented. - Vianello (Talk) 21:38, 17 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Battle of Bangui

[edit]

We need a better way of communicating. As I stated yesterday on Vianello's talk page, I'll back down the moment superior sources can disprove that the SANDF mission was intended to support Bozizé militarily. Why don't you let Helmoed be that source? I don't claim to be an expert on the subject, but simply deleting sources without using the discussion page is unacceptable - right or wrong, we need to communicate to solve the dispute. Also, the Battle of Bangui should probably have its own article too - perhaps that is something you could be interested in? The CAR conflict article is badly organized and confusing, anyway. Best, --Mikrobølgeovn (talk) 14:09, 23 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Notice my recent post at the discussion page and the change I just made. --Mikrobølgeovn (talk) 23:34, 27 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at List of African countries by GDP (nominal), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Jamie Tubers (talk) 18:09, 9 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to List of African countries by GDP (nominal). This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Jamie Tubers (talk) 13:04, 11 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
