Please review the notability criteria for politicians. Local politicians are not considered notable unless they have received extensive press coverage from reliable sources.

You also need to stop posting copyrighted material into Wikipedia, for both policy and legal reasons. Users who repeatedly violate Wikipedia's copyright policy can be blocked from editing.

You are also posting this material on your userpage, which is not an article. It is a personal page intended for basic information about yourself, your interests, and goals as they relate to editing Wikipedia; as well as disclosures of conflicts of interest and paid editing.

On that note, the name similarity to the person you're writing about suggests that you might be related to this person.
