- Many of the modifications to wiki pages - all of them linking to www.one35th.com are either inappropriate for the particular wiki pages, or are in an inappropritae format for the pages you are adding them to. Please stop, think, and consider if your changes are really adding to Wikipedia, or just spamming for one35th. -- Ch'marr 04:09, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- On investigation, one35th is just a modelling manufacturer page. All of your links are just spam. (NOW I know what 'one35th' is meant to represent). Sorry, I'm reverting ALL your changes. -- Ch'marr 04:15, 11 February 2006 (UTC)

Block
This address has again been blocked from editing because it has been used for persistent vandalism of Wikipedia. If you have been affected by this block, but are innocent of any misbehaviour, we apologise for the inconvenience. You might try complaining to your service provider, and perhaps they'll start taking some responsibility for the actions of their customers; then blocks will become less necessary. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 21:38, 2 March 2006 (UTC)

ATTENTION
Welcome
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
Here are some other hints and tips:
- I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
- When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.
If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or type {{helpme}} on this talk page and a user will help you as soon as possible. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome!
Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian. Each of you, get IP Addresses. or I will make you a sandbox vandalize in. I got the idea from Cao An Min :) Whopper 14:13, 16 March 2006 (UTC)

Hi. Could someone translate the Chinese references in the article First flying machine, recently posted by this IP address? Thank you PHG 02:21, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
Its roughly in the summaries under Claims to first flight by date, why?
- Well, a rather exact translation would be very welcome, especially if it is to stand as reference for English readers. Regards PHG 03:04, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- It is an experiment on manned flight conducted by Wang Mang in Chang'an as to against Xiongnu for spying purpose in 19 CE; which could fly over a several hundred paces and fell. About the translation, maybe you should had asked somebody else. Regards
- Thanks. Do you have the same kind of description for the second phrase for Yuan Huangtou (永定三年,元黄头与诸囚自金凤台各乘纸鸱以飞,黄头独能至紫陌乃堕,仍付御史中丞毕义云饿杀之). With your help, I think I should be able to patch the holes.PHG 04:45, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- Its an experiment on manned kite gliding conducted by Gao Yang in 559 CE on Yuan Huangtou along with a few prisoners which launched themselves from a hathpace in Ye, capital of Northern Qi, among them, Yuan Huangtou was the only one had survived from this flight, he had glided over the city-wall and fell at Zimo (western segment of Ye) safely, but was later executed.
- Thanks! PHG 08:15, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- By the way, I have been looking for a translation of the text on a mural in Dunhuang. Would someone be able to give a transliteration and translation of the short text on the following frescoe: Image:HanWudiBuddhas.jpg? Thank you.PHG 12:14, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia!
Hello 202.156.6.54/Archive 3, welcome to Wikipedia!
Here are some tips:
- Take a look at the Simplified Ruleset.
- Read the Tutorial, How to edit a page and the Manual of Style.
- Find out how to revert, move and merge pages.
- Sign your posts on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~).
- Add yourself to the New user log and a regional notice board
- Ask questions at the Village pump or Help desk.
- Use the Show preview button
- Provide an Edit summary
- Add the correct image copyright tag to any images you upload
- Create a User page
- Be bold
- Ignore all rules
If you feel a change is needed, feel free to make it yourself! Wikipedia is a wiki, so anyone (yourself included) can edit any article by following the Edit this page link. Wikipedia convention is to be bold and not be afraid of making mistakes. If you're not sure how editing works, have a look at How to edit a page, or try out the Sandbox to test your editing skills.
If, for some reason, you are unable to fix a problem yourself, feel free to ask someone else to do it. Wikipedia has a vibrant community of contributors who have a wide range of skills and specialties, and many of them would be glad to help. As well as the wiki community pages there are IRC Channels, where you are more than welcome to ask for assistance.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page. Thanks and happy editing,

- Read Wikipedia:Civility.
- You have again changed correct Wikipedia style to incorrect, insisted on a change of content (in one place, without ensuring consistency throughout the article) without giving any justification or source, and removed the "clean-up" tag without doing the work (because you can't see what needs doing). Don't do this again. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 08:29, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
- Its said only the ungrammatical, poorly formatted, confusing can be considered needed to "clean-up", I don't see any of these. And please do not remove the date I provided earlier (I did not change any of the contents nor Wikipedia style), its considered to be rude, those are real date from primary sources, because you can't see you're doing. Don't do this again 08:43, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
- As you are clearly not a native speaker of English, so are not in a position to judge, and you also don't understand the rationale "clean-up" template. Do not remove the template until the work has been done. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 17:52, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

AirAsia & Dates
Just a note regarding your recent edit: dates on Wikipedia are best formatted 1 January2006, this is because a user can log into Preferences and set a specific date pattern they would prefer, and Wikipedia will re-format dates to that users preferences. We appreciate the thought, though!

Edit summaries
Hello! I'm glad you're contributing to Singapore general election, 2006. However, I have had to restore a few sections you removed, because there was no explanation. It is recommended to use a edit summary to explain changes. Also, avoid needless capitalisation of occupations. Cheers! Elle vécut heureuse à jamais (Be eudaimonic!) 14:34, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
