citizenship

He also holds a Taiwanese citizenship. He is half Japanese and half Taiwanese 39.1.26.26 (talk) 05:26, 10 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

He resides in Taiwan but doesn't hold Taiwanese citizenship. That's why he did not qualify for the "Taiwan Outstanding Filmmaker of the Year" at the Golden Horse Awards in 2008. [source in article, another source] NoCringe (talk) 07:51, 10 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
