MBE revoked?

List of revocations of appointments to orders and awarded decorations and medals of the United Kingdom states that Hutchison was awarded the MBE in 1940 but it was revoked in 1944, albeit with a dead link as source. However this article says nothing and his other honours were never touched - is this a mix up of two people or some other confusion? Timrollpickering (talk) 15:31, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
