The article mentions TABSO or its successor airline Balkan Bulgarian to operate Tu-104 out of Plovdiv, however this airline never operated this type according to our pages both on the airline and on the aeroplane - the latter explicitly states that CSA and Aeroflot were the only civilian operators.
