Add SB Winner?

I think it would be useful to see how many passing leaders in a season went on to win the Super Bowl in the same season. Just add a column that lists the SB winner or a column title "SB Winner?" and yes/no for each row. Zonker.in.geneva (talk) 13:06, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Personally I'm opposed to the idea, I don't see how it actually would improve the list considering passing stats don't correlate to Super Bowl wins. In fact, the only person that's ever led in passing yards and won a Super Bowl was Patrick Mahomes for the 2022 season. sorting by yards?

When sorting by passing yards per year, the numbers don't form a perfect order. Is there something I'm not understanding, or is the formatting messed up? Electricmaster (talk) 04:21, 10 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Electricmaster: If you pay attention to the numbers that are not sorting properly, it ends up being the 3 digit ones that do not do so. I went ahead and added the {{nts}} template to all the numbers in that column, which is now allowing them to sort properly. It seems wiki tables don't recognize and appropriately sort numbers that include only 3 digits when there are also 4 digit numbers present. I guess I'm going to have to make this change across all of the annual stat leader tables I've worked on. Thanks for noticing and mentioning this. Ahhh, it has to do with the comma! It doesn't affect other lists that don't use the comma, which sort correctly. Need to use a template if we want to add a comma and sort properly with entries that don't use a comma I suppose. Hey man im josh (talk) 16:06, 10 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
