Could we get a better image? Maybe something like her on Cheat.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.19.14.44 (talkcontribs) 22:44, 31 January 2007

Well, WP now has an image released by her publicist for free. You can't justify replacing that with any screen capture. Gimmetrow 04:27, 19 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Also could I please link to the one YouTube video that has Kristin confirming she's a Republican-JoeMonkeyPotato

What is the licensing situation with that clip? That's usually the issue with youtube videos. (I'm removing the clip for now - it's easily found on youtube by searching for "kristin holt g4tv" for a clip from starmedia.) Anyway, it seems to me that the interview can be cited as a source for the statement, even if WP can't link to the actual clip. Gimmetrow 04:27, 19 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Uhh, I don't think she's replacing Layla on AOTS. She just does the Feed when Layla's out. [[]] —Preceding unsigned comment added by Burly red sheep (talkcontribs) 13:33, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Kristin Holt fills in for Kevin Pereira on 9/11/07 episode of AOTS. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.127.178.158 (talk) 19:46, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No Longer Holt

[edit]

I saw on X-Play yesterday that she got married and is now officially going by Kristin Adams. Somebody should add that to the article. Sorry, I don't know how to source a TV show or else I would put it in myself.Zabbethx (talk) 20:08, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

She is now officially listed as "Adams" on the G4 website. If the name of the article is changed, I would suggest finding a way to redirect searches for "Kristin Holt" to this page, as it will take a while for people to figure out that she is no longer going by "Holt." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.24.80.42 (talk) 17:34, 11 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No longer in Stranger Days

[edit]

I've heard on a couple of G4-related message boards that Kristin Adams left Stranger Days a while back, it's also listed as a fact on her IMDB page, and also during a Stickam chat last year, she apparently confirmed to the fans that she did indeed leave the band. (I heard two different people mention that she said that.)

However, it's kinda hard finding any concrete proof, as the Stickam video does not exist for download or viewing, and the band's website hasn't been updated in a long time.

So, do we have to leave her listed as still being in the band for now, until concrete proof emerges, or can we finally put this confirmed fact in the article? MaximumMadnessStixon (talk) 17:41, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I watched her Stickam chat in August of 2009 where she did confirm that she had left Stranger Days. The band's website still has her photo on it and lists her as a member but it hasn't been updated in a very long time. It's unknown if the band even still exists.ZeroSnake (talk) 17:26, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Criticism

[edit]

Has there been any criticism of her due to the fact that she attended a Christian university but has apparently made her career out of selling images of her body to viewers? 71.111.192.79 (talk) 01:01, 26 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

First of all, this claim is very disputable- I've seen a number of shows she's worked on and none of them specifically used her body to "sell." Her career was made out of circumstances like most other careers. Adding this to the article would mean a similar section would be needed in thousands of other articles. Beautiful people are expected to show some sex-appeal, that's just how things work these days. But to answer your question, not that I'm aware of, and I'm 99% sure it would be unfounded criticism, and probably holds no place on Wikipedia. GSN

[edit]

On her profile it says that Kristin currently is hosting Poker Night on GSN..I don't think that Kristin currently hosts any shows for GSN. ZeroSnake (talk) 17:18, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I beleive that's old info, but there's no official sources to cite for the change to be made. Similar to how she is no longer the singer for Stranger Days, but because it's hard to find "official sources" to quote, she remains listed as the singer. (She said in an interview that she no longer was the singer like 18 months ago, but it wasn't a recorded interview, it was a live interview with fans over the internet, so you can't cite it because a hard copy doesn't exist.) MaximumMadnessStixon (talk) 17:17, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There are torrent downloads of her Stickam chat but that's very risky. ZeroSnake (talk) 04:01, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

FOAM Magazine

[edit]

Does anyone know exactly what issue of FOAM that she appeared in? It could be added to her page if anyone knew for sure what issuse it was.ZeroSnake (talk) 18:27, 28 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think only Olivia Munn was on FOAM-Snowleopardxman — Preceding unsigned comment added by Snowleopardxman (talkcontribs) 16:52, 1 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
