Including Hits in Infobox
[edit]Yankees10 I read Wikipedia:WikiProject Baseball/Player style advice, and yes, according to this, you are correct in saying that Triple Crown stats are preferred. However—and you admit this in your rejection of my edit—if this is an arbitrary guideline and that players with a large number of hits (say, 2,000) can have those hits listed in their Infoboxes, who is the gatekeeper for this arbitrary distinction? You? Me? I think either all should have it (or be eligible to have it) or none. Until a solid governing guideline is reached—and more importantly, maintained across all pages—I don't think it's fair for you to roll back my edits. The information I added is accurate, relevant, and consistent with Infoboxes for many other players. I would appreciate it if you restored my version, please. First home run w/cycle
[edit]From the Houston Chronicle:
Luke Scott on Friday became the first player to collect his first major-league home run and the cycle in the same game since Gary Ward accomplished the feat on Sept. 18, 1980. 70.114.133.48 18:04, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
