Request to a kindly passing stranger, or else note to my future self when semi-protection expires: this article has a very minimal lead section, basically the standard two-sentence starter that all NFL articles get. (So far, so good, the longest journey, etc!) But this is a fairly prominent player, and the article body is starting to flesh out quite nicely. WP:SUMMARYSTYLE would strongly argue for a more substantial lead. Moving target while the 49ers remain in the playoff, but at a minimum I'd suggest adding the main particulars of his NFL career: a starter for the 2019 and 2021 seasons, made the playoffs, injured reserve for much of 2020, led the league in rushing yards for a WR. 109.255.211.6 (talk) 01:01, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Highlight Deebo Samuel’s career rushing touchdowns in purple. StatMuse says that Lenny Moore has 13 career rush touchdowns and Deebo Samuel only 12, but Lenny Moore was listed as a running back. Deebo Samuel is listed as a wide receiver. Logan Manderfield (talk) 02:05, 22 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
