[edit]I created this page for Delegate Anderson. As I am new to Wikipedia, i would appreciate any constructive critcisms. I tried to follow your format and provide verifications when available.Administrative Aide Caryn YorkMarylandstate 22:11, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
- After a very quick reading, it looks pretty good to me; however, I would remove the small "43rd District team at the Charles Village parade" photo, as it is very tiny even when not viewed in thumbnail mode, and just clutters the page, in my opinion. It's a scrapbook type of photo that detracts from the encyclopedic content. - Itsfullofstars 22:20, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the advice!Marylandstate 04:25, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
- The section about the electric rate increase does not tell both sides of the story. It makes the legislature out to be the saviours of the situation, when they actually just took the Gov's plan and removed the option to enroll in the deferred payment plan and made it mandatory for everyone.70.161.115.212 (talk) 04:37, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Anderson78.jpg
[edit]Image:Anderson78.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Curt Anderson GA Review
[edit]- This review is transcluded from Talk:Curt Anderson/GA1. The edit link for this section can be used to add comments to the review.
I shall be reviewing this page against the Good Article criteria, following its nomination for Good Article status. Jezhotwells (talk) 23:41, 5 September 2009 (UTC)
Quick fail criteria assessment
- The article completely lacks reliable sources – see Wikipedia:Verifiability.
- The topic is treated in an obviously non-neutral way – see Wikipedia:Neutral point of view.
- There are cleanup banners that are obviously still valid, including cleanup, wikify, NPOV, unreferenced or large numbers of fact, clarifyme, or similar tags.
- The article is or has been the subject of ongoing or recent, unresolved edit wars.
- The article specifically concerns a rapidly unfolding current event with a definite endpoint.
OK when checking against quick fail criteria, passing on to substantive review. Jezhotwells (talk) 23:51, 5 September 2009 (UTC)
Checking against GA criteria
[edit]- It is reasonably well written.

The whole reads a little like a CV. I see that a major contributors is apparently one of Anderson's staffers so there is a potential conflict of interest issue here.Removed several instances of "puffery" --..BlackThorTalk • Contribs 01:12, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

Blacklisted Links Found on the Main Page
[edit]Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request it's removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.
