I do not believe the comment that Jordan gave Hanson the game ball is correct. A 7/25/1999 Des Moines Register interview with Hanson recounts he offered the ball to Jordan who took it. Hanson had retrieved the ball after Paxson launched it in the air and can be seen carrying it the locker during the post game shots.

You're right. I wrote that part, but I misread the source. I'll remove the sentence from the article. Thanks for calling that to my attention. Zagalejo 05:48, 10 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
