Word-for-word copying from the New York Times?
[edit]The article appears to lift entire passages, word-for-word, from the New York Times obituary of Brookmeyer. I believe this is plagiarism? Does the Wikipedia style allow for actual word-for-word copying from a copyrighted source to a Wikipedia entry?
- No, it doesn't. The user who added it is no longer registered. I have changed the content: rephrasing, adding inline citations and deleting a lot. EddieHugh (talk) 13:19, 22 September 2013 (UTC)

[edit]I simply can't believe that this is the best image that can be found for the info box! Somebody must have one at least a hundred times better of such a popular musician. Martinevans123 (talk) 21:27, 30 September 2012 (UTC)

Add another album with Bob Brookmeyer?
[edit]Bob Brookmeyer partnered with Jimmy Raney (guitarist) for the album "Jimmy Raney Featuring Bob Brookmeyer" in 1956. I'm not sure how to add this info so maybe somebody can do it? Here's info on the collaborative album: https://www.discogs.com/Jimmy-Raney-Featuring-Bob-Brookmeyer-Jimmy-Raney-Featuring-Bob-Brookmeyer/release/7805315 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.140.232.129 (talk) 18:11, 6 December 2016 (UTC)
