[edit]Seeking to expand the article
[edit]I'm still looking for ways to expand the article in the following ways by trying to find coverage of the following topics / questions:
How did the church survive the Great Chicago Fire while most other wooden buildings in the city burned down? The church was built after the fire.- Why did attendance decline and then shoot back up in the 1990s? (more substantial detail needed)
- That the church has been in disrepair in the last decade.
- More information about the builder, the particular architectural style, and history of the church's impact on the local community.
