It seems that there is nothing notable regarding Yuji Nishizawa outside his hijacking of the All Nippon Airways flight; therefore the two articles are essentially covering the same areas from marginally different perspectives (at best). Fourohfour 14:18, 10 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Capt Nagashima's brother

[edit]

I was with capt Nagashimas brother in the simulator at the time of the hijacking at the ANA training center. The ANA staff missed him as he went to the restroom after our Sim session so he learned of the hijacking by over-hearing my colleague telling me of a hijacking of an ANA flight. He asked what the flight number was and was shocked to hear when he knew that his brother was the captain of the flight and the prognosis for the captain was dire. The ANA staff then found him and took him to another room to notify him of his brothers death. He came back to the debriefing room to give us a debrief of our simulator training session obviously in a state of shock. We convinced him that the the training debrief was not important and that he needed to be with his family. He reluctantly agreed and left to meet the staff that was waiting for him to make arrangements for him and his family. This event was a great embarrassment to to the Japanese aviation authority and government as the hijacker sent letters to both agencies exposing the security flaws that he took advantage of months ahead of his actions. The Japanese prime minister attended his funeral as an apparent sympathy and apology for the security shortcomings. Whaleflyer7478 (talk) 13:16, 29 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
