That's probably because Stakhov has not done anything notable. I looked up this article because it was cited in spam promoting his book, which seems to be crackpot nonsense (the fine-structure constant is revealed to be related to the golden ratio, etc.). He seems to match the typical pattern of a non-mathematician who claims to have made fundamental discoveries that mathematicians have overlooked for centuries, yada, yada. This article was previously proposed for deletion, but someone thought it met the notability criteria of WP:PROF. I don't think it really does; the "accomplishments" listed are of doubtful significance. Love the photo, though. 209.179.76.220 (talk) 14:56, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
