The circumstances surrounding this crash are complicated enough, without introducing an image showing an aircraft wearing LUFTHANSA markings, even though it is the "correct" airframe.
It is already a headache working out how a short-range French Boeing 727 ends up in South America, only to find out that in fact it is a Ecuadorian aircraft, operating a local service on behalf of Air France.
Consequently, I propose changing the image for a similar ex-Lufthansa Boeing 727-230, but in this case clearly marked up in TAME colours. This gives a better 'feel' for the circumstances and approximate location.
