Description

The "cerulean sweater speech" from the film, delivered by Meryl Streep. In the scene, Miranda and her assistants are deciding clothes for an outfit. When they start deciding between two similar belts, Andy sniggers and blames it on her nervousness and naïveté. Miranda then explains to her, in rather condescending terms, just how presumptuous she is to believe herself above the fashion industry when her own clothing choices, including the sweater she's wearing, are the result of choices made at shoots like this.
