Raosahib Mallappa Shankarappa Sinhasan Servered as Mamaledar (Tahasildar) at Muddebihal and Basavana Bagewadi and also servied in the Officer of Deputy Commissinor As Assistant Collector. He was bron at village Amingad of Hunagubd Taluk on 13.12.1984 Father Shri Shankarappa simhasan in Amingda. since He Worked as a Govt Officer Britiesh Govt Awarded Him As "Rao Sahib" By the Governor General VICEROY OF INDIA.LORD LINLITH GO on 4.6.1939 at shimla Camp. He Retired From Govt Service on 31.12.1939. After Retirement he Worked for some months as Honrary Judge in 1940 he also worked as a Chief Officer Of Bijapur (Vijayapura) Municipal Council..

Notable Work, Awards And Honours : After Retirement He Dedicated his life for Renovation/Jeemodhar of Sri Basaveshwar Temple At Basavana Bagewadi and he was elected as president of Basaveshwara Temple Jeernodhar Commite on 08.04.1940 in 1942 he was elected as a Chariman of B.E.L.D Association at Bijapur (Vijayapura) And Organized for Renovation of Sri Basaveshwara temple for nearly 20 Years.

Early life and education He Completed his Primary Education in Amingad And his High School Education At Bijapur. he passed Matriculation Examination and got 2nd Rank to the Bombay State in 1905

Early Service and Awards Due to financial constraints he could not continue higher education he started to work at Bilagi in revenue Dept as Clerk under British GOvt in 1906 in 1911 he was promoted and posted to Guledgud as chief officer of muncipality at guledguda in 1917 he was posted as mamaledar (tahasildar) to mudhebihal in 1923.He was posted to Basavana Bagewadi As Mamaledar in 1936 He was posted to Bijapur (Vijayapura) As Asst. Collector in the office od District Collector Of Bijapur (Vijayapura) But as for the request of Basavana Bagewadi People he was again posted to Basavana Bagewadi As Mamaledar

Award: On 27/04/1939 Hw was Awarded SANAD As "Rao Sahib" at Shimla camp By The Governor General and VICEROY OF INDIA LORD LINLITH GOW.

After the demise of Rao Sahib M.S.Sinhasan, a White Marble Statue has been erected in premises of Temple of Sri Basaveshwara At Basavana Bagewadi,Dt Bijapur(Vijayapura)

On 27/04/1951 Sri B.D. Jati Ex. Chief Minister G.O.K and Ex Vice-President Of India and then Deputy Chief Minister of Bombay State. came to the temple of Basavewashra at Basavana Bagewadi and Appreciated the work On 09/12/1951 The Maharaja Of Mysore came to the Temple of Basaveshwar at Basavana Bagewadi Various Dignitaries Have Donated Liberality for Renovation of the temple The names OF those Donars are inscripted Prominently on FOUR MAHADWARAS And also in Front of Guest House,Prasada Nilaya ETC. The work Was Done Very Transparently And Accounts was Kept for every Rupee and paise. Every Year On 24th April Remembrance Day Celebrated by Govt of Karnataka Kudal Sangam Abhiruddi Pradikar And by Nanadi Sahitya Vedike and Vast Number of Dignitaries And public Attend the Function Happily.
