The 1808 United States presidential election in Virginia was held between November 4 to December 7, 1808, as part of the 1808 United States presidential election. Virginia voters chose 24 representatives, or electors to the Electoral College, who voted for President and Vice President.

Democratic-Republican Secretary of State James Madison won in a landslide victory with 79% of the popular vote plus 24 electoral votes compared to 4% of Federalist Minister to France Charles C. Pinckney and 18% of Minister to the United Kingdom James Monroe that would become the 5th president of the United States in 1817.
