Yusaku Yamadera (山寺 優作, Yamadera Yusaku, born 4 August 1997) is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Liga 2 club PSIM Yogyakarta.
Club Career
[edit]Matsumoto Yamaga & Nippon Sport Science University
[edit]Yusaku Yamadera learned to play football in the youth team of Matsutomo Yamaga and in the university team of Nippon Sport Science University.[citation needed]
Pathumthani University
[edit]Yamadera signed his first contract in April 2019 in Thailand with Pathumthani University. The club from Ayutthaya played in the fourth division, the Thai League 4. Here the club competed in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region.[citation needed]
Tokyo United
[edit]In February 2021, he returned to Japan. Here he joined the Fifth Division club Tokyo United. He played one league game for the club. He returned to his former club Pathumthani University in late July 2021.[citation needed]
Siam
[edit]Meanwhile, the club played in the Third Division where they competed in the Western Region. From mid-December 2021 until the end of the season, he was loaned out to third division Siam. With the Nonthaburi club he played in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region.[citation needed]
Ranong United
[edit]In July 2022, he moved to the Thailand Second Division, where he signed a contract with Ranong United. He made his second division debut on 14 August 2022 (1st matchday) in a home game against Chiangmai. Here he was in the starting XI and played the full 90 minutes. The game ended draw 1–1. As the table penultimate, he had to be relegated to the third division with the club from Ranong at the end of the 2022–23 season.
Nusantara United
[edit]In August 2023, Yamadera signed a contract with Indonesian club, Nusantara United.[1]
PSIM Yogyakarta
[edit]In July 2024, he officially signed a contract with the club PSIM Yogyakarta to plays in 2024–25 Liga 2 season.[2]
