XHTQS-FM is a radio station on 89.9 FM in Tequisquiapan, Querétaro, Mexico. It is known as Canal 98 and broadcasts from a tower on Cerro La Trinidad.
History
[edit]XHTQS was awarded by the IFT-4 in 2018 and came to air in January 2021 originally as Alternativa TX with an alternative format.
XHTQS-FM is known for being "the first green radio station in México"[2] because the main power supply for the transmitter comes from renewable energy from a photovoltaic system .
In April 8, 2024 XHTQS dropped RadioactivaTX alternative format and became Canal 98 as their new name with a Rock format.

su estacion hermana XHCSBW FM La Raza 103.9 de la ciudad de jalpan de serra Queretaro transmite el sistema de Noticias conducido por Rafael Pinzon, periodista destacado en el centro de Mexico.
