Where Does One Find Information on the Status and a List of Past and Open Dispute Requests?

[edit]

Where does one find definitive information on the status and list/archive of their past, closed and open dispute requests? Essentially, the title says it all. This is asking a generic community relevant question, which may have been answered elsewhere but a preliminary search on Wikipedia and on search engines do not give a concise and complete definitive answer. MENTIONING VEDAS AS A SOURCE IN BAIDYA ARTICLE

[edit]

Hello Mediator, I have been forced to come here on the advise of Arnold Reinhold Sir due to the strange activities of User Ekdalian. I want to state the VEDAS as a source of Baidya Caste position. As you might be knowing, VEDAS are the highest authority in Hinduism. VEDAS are considered the Divine Truth. But Ekdalian is threatening me with Account Block, and also stating that Vedas and Puranas cannot be mentioned as source, but amusingly "TAMPERED PURANAS" are clearly mentioned as source in the present Baidya article. I AM REALLY SHOCKED AND SADDENED TO SEE SUCH INSULT OF VEDAS.

So I request the Mediator to help me in the cause of stating VEDAS as a source in this article.

I can provide Govt. of India website where the views of Sayanacharya establishing Vaidyas as Brahmin is clearly there from Vedic shlokas. Sayanacharya is that ancient Indian Vedic scholar who has been followed by all modern Western Vedic scholars like HH Wilson. Is that reliable, verifiable source ? Question about sequence of dispute resolution

[edit]

G'day, I would like to know about the DR protocol sequence. We have long term disput with lots of discussions in TP so I prepared DRN request upon agreement to come here, but we never formally went through any methods that precede DRN - we didn't request for third opinion, and we didn't request for comment. My my question is, first, can we skip these procedures that precede the DRN, is that OK even, and second, if we fail here, can we go back and request for a comment, etc. ౪ Santa ౪99° 09:54, 19 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request for help

[edit]

Hi everyone,

I’m writing to ask for your help as a neutral third party regarding an issue with my account. The admin, The Squirrel conspiracy, has accused me of promoting Randa Kassis’ page, and I wanted to clarify my position because I think this might be a misunderstanding.

When I first started contributing to Wikipedia, I focused on French articles and topics like football players. Over time, my interests shifted towards politics in Syria, and I made edits here and there to various pages. I’ll admit that I’ve contributed more to Randa Kassis’ page, as well as pages for the Astana Platform and Fabien Baussart, mainly because I was interested in their initiatives, like the Astana process in 2015 and the Constitutional Committee in 2017.

That said, I want to be clear: I didn’t create the pages for Randa Kassis or Fabien Baussart. The Randa Kassis page was actually created by someone from the anti-vandalism team, not me.

I was really surprised when the admin deleted the Astana Platform and Movement for a Pluralistic Society pages. I never intended to break any Wikipedia policies, and I genuinely believe this has all been a misunderstanding.

I hope this helps clarify things, and I’d be really grateful if you could help me resolve this issue. Thank you so much for your time and support. Ecrivain Wagner (talk) 14:10, 22 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
