There's only one recognised Maltese dog breed, so a navbox has nowhere to navigate to. It's seriously unlikely that we will ever have articles on the other (unrecognised) Maltese breeds/types, the Kelb tal-But and Kelb tal-Kaċċa. The so-called Maltese breed has no verifiable connection to the Maltese islands. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 23:30, 9 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was merge to Template:Drop cap. Implemented using {{Drop cap}}'s title and {{Drop}}'s code. (non-admin closure) ‑‑Trialpears (talk) 10:35, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Propose merging Template:Drop cap with Template:Drop.
They are practically the same and {{Drop cap}} is not used anywhere. BᴇʀʀᴇʟʏTalk to meWhat have I been doing 10:34, 9 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was merge to Template:The Lord of the Rings. Primefac (talk) 14:41, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Since the recent spate of Middle-earth article mergers and deletions, the template is now much depleted, with only 3 named dwarves and 5 "related" entries. All the entries are also found in the main Lord of the Rings template, and none of the other "peoples" of Middle-earth (elves, men, etc) have a comparable template, so it seems time to let it go. Since the recent spate of Middle-earth article mergers and deletions, the template is now nearly empty (4 main entries, in three groups). All the entries are also found in the main Lord of the Rings template, and actually in the Middle-earth dwarves template as well, so it seems time to let it go. The result of the discussion was keep. Primefac (talk) 14:38, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Little-used navbox created recently by a ban-evading sock. No edits by other editors and (as far as I could tell) no transclusions made by others. Used only on a handful of articles so far. Scope issues: at the moment, it has too few entries to be useful (only 8 links to major subfamilies); if it were to be expanded to cover individual languages, it would become too large (corresponding navboxes for each individual subfamily are already quite big). Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.

The result of the discussion was no consensus. A lot of 3 entries video game series templates templates were nominated on the same day with most !votes being copy pasted on several of these. Since no one mentioned issues affecting individual templates I have considered all arguments together and could not see a consensus to delete emerging. I recommend that further discussion on this matter happen on WT:VG or WT:NAVBOX. (non-admin closure) ‑‑Trialpears (talk) 11:05, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A navbox for the video game series DeathSpank. No article on the series and a total of three entries. Links are already in the article body ("is the sequel to...", "followed by the sequel...") or that can't be done with a see also section. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 09:39, 12 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
