[edit]

why is there no article on Kelly McInerney?

[edit]

(She's Trumps Press Secretary who gave her 1st press conference today) I spent time trying to figure out how to request it, but it was too difficult to understand for me. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.255.127.23 (talk) 20:29, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

All the problems and shortcomings on Wikipedia are because you haven't fixed them yet. Wikipedia is entirely staffed by volunteers, which means you are exactly as responsible for all the problems as everyone else is. Luckily, you can fix this! See Help:Your first article. That would be Kayleigh McEnany. Rmhermen (talk) 20:39, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Wow, that's really impressive! --CiaPan (talk) 20:50, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
BTW, That reminded me the Baltimore accent at Reddit. CiaPan (talk)
(ec) Not only the article does not exist, there are no links to it, either: Special:WhatLinksHere/Kelly_McInerney. --CiaPan (talk) 20:40, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
She said, "I'll never lie to you."[1] That would indicate (1) her predecessors lied; and (2) she won't be in that job very long. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots21:49, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The OP might have been thinking of Diane McInerney, the standard substitute host on Inside Edition. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots21:52, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe there was some minor influence from having seen McInerney's name spelt before. But it seems there's also a good chance the OP was simply trying to spell a name the vaguely heard talked about and came up with the closest they could think of. Nil Einne (talk) 16:35, 2 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
You may be right, Neil. :) ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots17:50, 2 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I may be wrong, for all I know, but pretty sure you're both thinking of Dave McKigney. InedibleHulk (talk) 19:49, 2 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
What she actually said was, "I'll never lie to U." Either that or the first thing she did was fill out an unemployment insurance application. Clarityfiend (talk) 23:34, 1 May 2020 (UTC) [reply]
Well, that didn't take very long. Clarityfiend (talk) 06:47, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
