Reason: High EV "Alcatraz Island is located in the San Francisco Bay, 1.5 miles (2.4 km) offshore from San Francisco, California, United States. Often referred to as "The Rock", the photo was taken at the Americas Cup Pier, in the background is Sausalito & Marin County. If you look closely tourist's can be seen walking up to the prison, from the ferry boat as a dark cloud lingers over the San Francisco bay.
