Reason: High technical standard and resolution, showing a common test that nearly everyone has to take. Bring attention to TB. A third of the world's population are thought to be infected with M. tuberculosis, and new infections occur at a rate of about one per second.

Support, a strong image. I'd be inclined to say that medical images fall under Biology- we certainly have other medical images there. As an aside, I didn't have this, I had a different one.
