Function details: First, using the lister.py file, the bot lists talk pages that have transclusions of both {{article history}} and one of {{On this day}}, {{DYK talk}}, or {{ITN talk}}. Then, using the fixer.py file, the bot reads in the parameters of all the templates and merges them into the {{article history}} transclusion.
