The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. bell hooks capitalization

Per MOS:PERSONAL and overwhelming precedent on pages of other persons with names styled in lowercase, those names should be capitalized when, and only when, they occur at the beginning of a sentence, according to standard English grammar. I have again corrected one such instance in bell hooks#Legacy and impact that you had previously reverted, and am posting here to ensure you're aware (and to avoid accidentally getting into pingpong edit warring).

(Amusingly, none of the people going back and forth on sentence-lead "Bell/bell" since the last time I checked the page have even noticed the equivalent usage of "Hooks" to begin a sentence two paragraphs down in the same section.)
