Tagging pages for speedy deletion
[edit]Hello, Veracious,
You can't just make up reasons why you think a page should be deleted. We have very specific speedy deletion criteria and pages can only be deleted if they fit the agreed upon criteria. I suggest you review them at WP:CSD so you become better familiar with what the criteria are and to what namespaces they apply to. Please do not tag any more pages for deletion until you have done so. Liz Read! Talk! 06:47, 7 June 2023 (UTC)
- @Liz Hello, have you actually read pages that i've tagged thoroughly? At least try to use Google Translate so you can understand. Most of them are either blatant advertising nor outpouring writing. Veracious ^(•‿•)^ 07:11, 7 June 2023 (UTC)
- +1. As Veracious says, most of these are blatant spam or consist of writings unrelated to Wikipedia. What exactly is the problem here? -FASTILY 08:08, 7 June 2023 (UTC)
@Liz: I'm assuming you already read my comment. Well, i will continue the cleanup. Those spam pages are only the tip of the iceberg you know, since i mostly tag pages that are in my local language. Veracious ^(•‿•)^ 07:37, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- @Liz, Fastily, and Veracious: Veracious, it would appear that there is a common theme in the pages you are tagging for speedy deletion - that they contain text in Indonesian and and would appear to be WP:SPAM posts, possibly copyright violations. Would this be an accurate description? Shirt58 (talk) 🦘 09:24, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- @Shirt58 Spot on. Veracious ^(•‿•)^ 09:27, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- In that case, terima kasih and please do carry on tagging them for deletion. I'll add relevant URLs in each deletion edit summary. Shirt58 (talk) 🦘 09:52, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- @Shirt58 Thank you for the support. 🙏 Veracious ^(•‿•)^ 13:30, 8 June 2023 (UTC)

Can you give me a rough translation of one? I'm just a little hesitant to delete pages that I can't read or understand properly. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 11:11, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- @Ritchie333 Hello, do you have any particular page to translate? As far as I know, Google Translate does a decent job in translating Indonesian language into English language. Veracious ^(•‿•)^ 13:32, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- Ah right, I didn't know they were in Indonesian, so after deleting a few I thought I'd double check that I was actually doing the right thing. But it looks like they've all been deleted now, so it's a moot point. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 16:27, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- @Ritchie333 Yup, it won't hurt to do double or even triple check. Veracious ^(•‿•)^ 03:35, 10 June 2023 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for September 19
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited His Only Son, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ibrahim. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
