Speedy deletion nomination of AlexOkizoo
[edit]A tag has been placed on AlexOkizoo requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Yun (Chinese name) Info
[edit]Hi Tony, I viewed the edit history on the Yun (Chinese name) page and I found that you were the one who put the name's rarity (rank 323). May I see where you retrieved the info from? I am in no way disbelieving you; this is solely for my curiosity. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Reselen345 (talk • contribs) 05:46, 14 May 2018 (UTC)
Hi Reselen345, the figure was taken from this page on the Chinese Wikipedia, where you can find a detailed list of Chinese surname rankings by year. The link for the reference seems to be dead though. Cheers, — Tony Patt ✆ talk

Hi there, in August 2016 you added a paragraph to Buick Excelle regarding discontinuation of the 1st-generation sedan, stating there will be no replacement. However, in 2018 the Excelle is back as an all-new sedan (official page: http://www.buick.com.cn/excelle/, though are other sources as well). Can you update this? Thanks, --Vossanova o< 20:39, 15 October 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Nevada Democratic Primary
[edit]Hello. Thanks for your work on the primary election. However, I would like to know exactly what the source is for the claims currently made in this image: [1] Is it a government source? Is it a media source? Are there actual numbers by county? Who is tied with whom in Storey County? How many votes does each side have such that it can be referred to as a tie? Geographyinitiative (talk) 23:33, 23 February 2020 (UTC)
- I have temporarily hidden the map [2] until such a time as there is clear evidence presented in the light of day on Wikipedia that the claims made in the map are verified. Geographyinitiative (talk) 23:40, 23 February 2020 (UTC)
- Hi Geographyinitiative, the results are based on live reports from The New York Times, which in turn source their numbers from the Associated Press. Bernie Sanders and Pete Buttigieg are currently tied 11-11 for county delegates in Storey County, if you are curious. Please note that only 60% of the results have been reported thus far and this is not the final version of the map; I'll update it as soon as more results become available. — Tony Patt (talk • contribs) 23:47, 23 February 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks for enduring my abuse here! I have noticed that some of the results used on old electoral maps were never given a clear source and now it's hard for me to find the source for the data. For instance, the original source used for Wikipedia's results-by-borough map for the 2016 US Presidential election in Alaska is not too clear to me. I hope that by putting a little more emphasis on making the source 1000% specific in today's election that we make things crystal clear not only for the readers today but also for the readers in ten years who want to review what happened in the election. Geographyinitiative (talk) 03:46, 24 February 2020 (UTC)
- It'll be a monumental task to properly source all previous election maps for sure, but I appreciate your initiative! I'll try to help as much as I can. — Tony Patt (talk • contribs) 12:11, 24 February 2020 (UTC)

Tony Patt, right, so what's the big deal? What do you not agree at on that part of content removal in the page?
Flix11 don't make edit summary reasons for the revert so just forget this user. For now there is only two people that is truly interested in this edit that is you and me so the talk should remain in personal talk pages of either you or me. Unless a 3rd person jump in, or in case we two can't reach a consensus after some discussion, then we might put the stuff in the article's talk page.
I have stated explanation for this content removal in the summary box, please read them and make further arguements if you want to.IWeeBoo (talk) 08:54, 25 March 2020 (UTC)
