[edit]

Hello, I'm LizardJr8. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to Maria João Rodrigues because they seemed inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Thank you for your message. Below you can see the precise explanations of what I did :
1) Section "Other Activities" : I replaced the word "Member" with the word "Chair" of the Advisory Board of Reimagine Europa, a think-tank located in Brussels (Rue du Congrès, 1, 1000-Bruxelles). Note 21 with the source refers the its website https://re-imagine.eu/advisory-board-2.
2) In the 3rd paragraph of this same section, to reply to the question "according to whom ?", after the expression "mother of the Lisbon Strategy", I introduced a new citation according to https://www.politico.eu/list/the-40-meps-who-matter-in-2017-the-ranking-ep40/maria-joao-rodrigues/ + https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JlscXg5w8aduOIuXHoAhkh2twGKmR0vA/view?usp=share_link ). According to "Politico" newspaper, this expression is quite common among those who work in the European Institutions.
3) In the last paragraph of the "Introduction" and section "Psychological harassment case", I removed the text refering this case, because this one was submitted to the Labour Court of Brussels and all these referred allegations were considered not proved and were dismissed by the judgement Ref NR 20/1688/A (with public access) on July 14th 2022. As this judgement was pronounced in July 2022, the introduction of this case in Wikipedia afterwards during 2023 is simply not respecting the Court's decision and can be considered difamation. In conclusion, it seems to me, The chaneges I have introduced are well justified and should be reintroduced again.
4) In section "Political career/"The Lisbon Strategy", in the end of the second paragraph a citation is required. I intend to introduce following citation : « Europe, Globalization and the Lisbon Agenda » Maria João Rodrigues (ed) in collaboration withL. Soete, J. Goetschy, P.C. Padoan, R. Boyer, J. Berghman, A. Török, B.Å. Lundvall, B. Coriat, M. Telò, I. Begg e W. Drechsler, Edward Elgar: Cheltenham, UK e Northampton, MA, 2009, Page 383.
In conclusion, it seems to me, Tte changes I have introduced are well justified and should be reintroduced again. Can you give me your quick reply? Tmacastro (talk) 17:43, 20 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
