Contested deletion

i am trying to have a conversation being made on the theory proposed to elaborate on the potential of such discovery that is a newborn

I am afraid you misunderstand. It is User:Theo Scientist Physics that is up for speedy deletion as a misuse of a user page, whereas your draft is at User:Theo Scientist Physics/sandbox. These are different items.
In the draft you have "written" a draft article. That is subject to review and has been declined as very likely the output of an LLM.
You speak of "the theory proposed to elaborate on the potential of such discovery that is a newborn" which says that this is a topic unlikely to be covered with significant in multiple reliable sources, independent of the topic. Wikipedia is a tertiary source. That means we only record in our own words what is written about a topic in reliable secondary sources.
Wikipedia is also not a forum. We so not "have a conversation being made on the theory proposed" because there is no conversation to be had. It either qualifies for an article or it does not. Your LLM created draft does not.
Questions or concerns over this shoudl be raised at WP:AFCHD, where an automatic template is created if you go to your user sandbox and click the third bullet down in the darl pink frame which holds the decline rationale. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 16:17, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
but why is my article not being accepted Propagation of Photons: A Quantum Field Perspective this one ? Theo Scientist Physics (talk) 16:42, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Please read the contents of the decline rationale, above. Once you confirm that you have read them and understand them we can discuss this further.
To help you, you have used a pretty useless mechanism to generate the text. An LLM is deprecated and is unlikely ever to be good enough, certainly in its current implementation. The references are not worth checking because LLMs hallucinate.
This will not proceed further as present6ed here. We require prose to be written by human beings, and to be referenced correctly. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 17:15, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

i am experimenting i have no intent to make such website as a free hosting site my only aim is to create a subject of interest for physicists in order to elaborate on this theory and find its limitations thank you !

PLease read the answer I gave you above. There is truly no need to open multiple threads to contest deletion. One is pe3rfeclty sufficient. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 16:19, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You say that you want to "create a subject of interest for physicists in order to elaborate on this theory" that is NOT what wikipedia is for. In order for an article’s subject to be considered notable by the Wikipedia community, we require that it receive significant coverage in multiple reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject this is what you base an article on. Your draft appears to have been copied and pasted from somewhere and reads like an essay. Theroadislong (talk) 17:39, 5 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
