I do realize that this article has permission for including material from two specific sites, but the material in question appears on a non-specified site (http://www.rcm.ac.uk/jkcm/?pg=1584&staff_code=103) whose copyright policy states the following: "Material published on these web pages is copyright of The Royal College of Music and may not be reproduced without prior permission." I also cannot find this material on either site that has given permission, and as this person is a professor at RCM (and has been for going on 10 years), it would seem their site is the true source of this text and is therefore infringing content. Could you please clarify your reasoning so I don't mistakenly mark articles for SD in the future. Thanks. AWeenieMan 02:13, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I can't figure this out, took it to Wikipedia:Copyright problems. Speedy should be reserved for uncomplicated cases. the wub "?!" 16:36, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Warning:Javascript security issue

[edit]

Hi! I need to inform you that I've protected Wikipedia:WikiProject_User_scripts/Scripts/test-enhanced because it allows users to add code to the javascript of other users. If you are an admin, you are still able to edit it, but if you are not an admin, please copy and paste it into your userspace to continue modifying it. We can set up a message at the old javascript page telling users to change their links. If you need help, please contact me or User:Eagle_101. Thanks, --uǝʌǝsʎʇɹnoɟʇs 00:43, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ahoy. A few weeks ago, after news broke that B3ta had initiated a mass campaign to sneakily vandalize Wikipedia images, I saw their page and removed all the unsourced and unverifiable information, vandalism, and cruft. Someone reinstated all this policy-violating content while simultaneously levying a personal attack against me, here, which you then began to build upon. Perhaps it would be best to merge sourced stuff and quality edits you've added, to the last pre-revert version without the unverified claims, self-promotion, and cruft here? --Jeffrey O. I prefer to work on it this way. the wub "?!" 13:39, 30 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

roller coasters

[edit]

You got to the "Roller coasters at (X)" nomination before I did. I'd argue that these ones deserve special treatment, as their parks have categories:

Want to make these changes to the closing nomination?--Mike Selinker 18:43, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I've changed the listing. the wub "?!" 16:17, 11 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your support in my request for adminship, which succeeded with a final tally of 38/1/0! I hope I can live up to the standards of adminship, and I will try my best to make Wikipedia a better place. Gaius Cornelius (talk) 18:43, 23 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
