Hi. Since you deleted List of animals from "King Kong" (2005 remake) as an unambiguous copyright infringement of The World of Kong: A Natural History of Skull Island, would you take a look at Skull Island? The 2005 section has been tagged by the same user as a copyright violation of the same source, and I cannot access that source to determine if or which material represents a copyright concern. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:10, 1 March 2010 (UTC)

Just noting that this is the only remaining ticket at today's CP for closures (Wikipedia:Copyright problems/2010 February 21). I've noted my request for your assistance there. :) --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:23, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
Hi. I see you've been fairly inactive since I left this, but I wanted to let you know that the closure is still pending. When you get an opportunity, I'd appreciate an assist. I've spoken to the other admin who works CP just in case, and he doesn't have access to this source, either. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:40, 4 March 2010 (UTC)
Hi. I've gone ahead and moved this to Wikipedia:Copyright problems/Older consolidated while we wait your return. Having the whole day hanging about unresolved is kind of cluttering up the notice board. :) Wanted to let you know in case you wanted to add comments; they should be added here and not at the original day listing. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 12:31, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
It's disappointing to have heard nothing at all from you; even a simple note saying you could not help would have been appreciated. Another contributor has come forward who has a copy of the book; in the Skull Island article, he has found no copyright violation. I'm asking for clarification from the tagger as to his concerns with that article. I trust you would not have deleted an article under WP:CSD#G12 without first establishing that it was a blatant copyright violation, as this would clearly be a misuse of tools. If there were other reasons that led to its deletion, you should specify in your deletion summary, since the G12 label has broader implications. For instance, an article deleted under an inappropriate G12 would not be userfied even on request or overturned at WP:DELREV, even if consensus would otherwise be that the content is appropriate. And in the event of future copyright questions about the contributor who created the article, it could lend a false impression of copyright misappropriation in his past. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:38, 13 March 2010 (UTC)

The Vera List Center for Art and Politics

Hello! I created the above page 2 weeks ago and I reworked it to fit Wiki standards. It was originally deleted because of article A7 but I pleaded its importance and now just wanted to get your input and then repost. I redesigned the entry now to give a more historical perspectvie and references and your additional suggestions are much appreciated. Please let me know how I can move forward and repost. Thank you for time! Carinkuoni (talk) 03:48, 12 March 2010 (UTC)CarinKuoni

Help, or at least respond... Bethel Lutheran Church (Manassas, VA)

Trying to be a good wiki person here. Can you help me get the page Bethel Lutheran Church (Manassas, VA) restored to my user area? Or at least point me in the right direction. K1goalie (talk) 21:42, 12 March 2010 (UTC)

Infobox for proposed legislation

At Template talk:Infobox U.S. legislation, you mentioned brainstorming an infobox for current/past bills. Did you ever start that? I have been looking through a handful of articles on past bills relating to copyright, so I am interested. Cheers, Stephen (talk) 00:16, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

List of Italian regions by GDP (per capita)

Hi Tbsdy lives. I just wanted to point something out to you. I know it's been a long time, but I still think that the page with the title above was unfairly deleted. You said that the page was deleted because it violated the copyright of a source by having the same statistics. However, I would like it if you read this link: [1]. It states that copying only ways of writing and sentences can violate copyright; mentioning the same facts or statistics isn't copyright infringement. Seeing that I wrote the figures and gave the source, this isn't a copyright violation. It would have been if I copied the same sentences, the same writing and the same paragraph of speech.

I would please like you to reply and also seriously consider restoring the page.

Good news

Hello Tbsdy

I'm glad to announce you that we are making big progress with the Diablada article, I was working on my workshop and Marshal considers it has been improving [2] so I could load it into the main article, maybe you'd like to give it a look to see what can be improved, it still needs some progress, I need to make the Peruvian and Chilean navboxes and improve some parts that aren't quite clear but I believe that now there will be less things to debate and I'm very happy about it. I'd like to thank you for your time and patience because if you wouldn't help us to get started this would have never been solved, I think that in the future if we have some disagreements perhaps we can count on your advice as a mutual friend. Best regards Erebedhel - Talk 21:32, 8 April 2010 (UTC)

Hi, I am sorry to raise a piece of ancient history but it has only just come to my attention that you speedilly deleted this page on 17 February 2010 under WP:CSD A7. You may not be aware, but schools are specifically excluded from speedy deletion under A7. HTH. TerriersFan (talk) 03:51, 10 April 2010 (UTC)

Alasdairgreen27 has just written (in the talkpage of his friend, the 6 times banned user:Direktor) that Wikipedia is edited and - most importantly - administered by teenagers, for whom the niceties of encyclopedic content are irrelevant. I am afraid he is offending even administrator Rmhermen and others like admin Thanthalas who banned him. I am not able to post in the talkpage of admin Tanthalas, so excuse me if I notify you instead of him. AlasdairGreen27, Direktor and Zenanarh (recently banned by you) are a trio of "ex-yugoslavian" nationalists who should be banned forever from en.wiki because of their ethnic propaganda posts full of hate. --ForTanthalas (talk) 01:22, 12 April 2010 (UTC)

Parsha

Hi, when you deleted Parashah (disambiguation) stating "Obviously unnecessary disambiguation page", you may not have noticed that Parsha was redirected to it. That in turn got deleted resulting in a lot of redlinks, see Special:WhatLinksHere/Parsha. You probably normally check for links, but I hope this is a helpful pointer. Kind regards, Fayenatic (talk) 18:22, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

I didn't notice that. - Tbsdy (formerly Ta bu shi da yu) talk 03:54, 22 April 2010 (UTC)
