Please do not make statements attacking people or groups of people. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks. Attack pages and images are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images in violation of our biographies of living persons policy will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ttonyb (talk) 02:08, 27 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand. I neither created the Shibley rahman page nor nominated it for Speedy Deletion. All I did to that page was move it to Shibley Rahman (capitalizing the last name) at the request of the creator of the article. Was there some misunderstanding here?Sxebill (talk) 02:12, 27 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Schwa-stika.gif

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Schwa-stika.gif. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 05:05, 28 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I created it entirely myself and released it into the public domain. sxebill (talk) 14:26, 28 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Sxebill. I saw that you joined the Typo Team. Welcome. If you have any questions, you may ask. Jason Quinn (talk) 00:20, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Service badges

[edit]

It appears you don't qualify for some of the service badges you are displaying on your user page. Your edit history shows (at the moment) 79 edits and account creation on Aug 26, 2010. This only qualifies you for the Template:Registered Editor service badge. I would ask that you remove badges for which you have not met the criteria. Jason Quinn (talk) 00:23, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • I wasn't intending to claim any achievements that I didn't earn, but I've been on Wikipedia for over six months (I registered on 2 January 2010). If it's that big of a deal to you then I'll remove them. I didn't know that Wikipedia had people who inspected individual userpages. sxebill (talk) 02:14, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Freya Blackwood has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Claim for notability seems to stem from "designing the Hobbit's feet in Lord of the Rings". This does not seem to be significant enough in my estimation to pass WP:CREATIVE. Other endeavors such as acting also also do not pass their respective guidelines.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
