In addition to being a copyright violation, the article was promoting the police department; Wikipedia is not a place to promote subjects. The article subject also doesn't meet Wikipedia notability guidelines, which require article subjects to have significant coverage in reliable sources. Mentions of the police department would be more appropriate in the Oconomowoc, Wisconsin article. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
