Enneatrigesimal

[edit]

I've reverted the addition of enneatrigesimal to List of numeral systems for now, as I can't verify that the system is actually used or discussed anywhere. If you have a source for the information, please feel free to add enneatrigesimal again with a citation. Thanks again, Certes (talk) 10:45, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Gyroelongated square pyramid and icosahedral pyramids problems

[edit]

On hold. Let me ask to WT:WPM. The pyramids are supposed to get along with polyhedron in which triangular faces are meet their common apex and connect the polygonal base in three-dimensions. I have no idea why would somebody include them in the category. Apologies for misunderstanding. Dedhert.Jr (talk) 13:04, 12 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

i'd say that at least for the icosahedral(and the other platonics) pyramids, it is because of Hyperpyramid, hence to me they make sense, and as such why i will add the 5-cell to Category:Pyramids_(geometry) as well, if that isn't to the liking of either WT:WPM or you, id recommend making a subcategory of Category:Pyramids_(geometry) called "Hyperpyramids" and putting all the appropriate pages there, as for the other one, id assume it and those other ones whose presence you might find disagreeable in Category:Bipyramids to be due to Template:Johnson_solids modified pyramids, as such i'd recommend to make two new subcategories(shocker, i know), one for Category:Pyramids_(geometry) called "Modified pyramids" and one for Category:Bipyramids called "Modified bipyramids" and re-categorizing all the appropriate pages, with all that say, i must apologize for any unwaranted abrasiveness and unprofessionalism on my part and wish you a great day StarButterflyIsCute (talk) 12:46, 24 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
although i must add that i find what you have done on the Tetrahedra, Octahedron and Johnson solid pages to be extraneously disagreeable in terms of content, formatting and presentation, and as such i must inform you that i shall not use the version of the pages onto which you made your severe edits as my "when i need to look them up" instances, the edits to those two platonic solids with respect to literally every other polyhedra is to me simply unacceptable, and my highest fear is for you to acknowledge the issue, and decide to "fix" it through editing EVERY other page... the manner in which you have taken perfectly functional pages and decided to remake them in you image... it simply appalls me how utterly powerless i am to it all StarButterflyIsCute (talk) 14:16, 24 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
