User talk:Sierra Bechtel
Welcome, Sierra Bechtel!
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, Sierra Bechtel! I'm Ozzie10aaaa, and I've been assigned as your mentor. About half of new Wikipedia accounts receive a mentor chosen randomly from a list of volunteers. It just means I'm here to help with anything you need! We need to have all kinds of people working together to create an online encyclopedia, so I'm glad you're here. Over time, you will figure out what you enjoy doing the most on Wikipedia.
You might have noticed that you have access to a tutorial and suggested edits. It's recommended that you take advantage of this, as it'll make learning how to edit Wikipedia easier.
If you need assistance with anything or have any questions, click on the "Get editing help" button on the bottom right corner of your screen. This will open up a module with links to help pages and a place to ask me questions. You can also ask me questions directly on my talk page, or go here to get help from the wider community.
Again, welcome to Wikipedia!--Ozzie10aaaa (talk) 23:32, 27 August 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Geraldo Perez. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Goodbye Lullaby, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Geraldo Perez (talk) 00:18, 28 August 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to Coco (2017 film), even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use your sandbox. leave the classification of articles to people who know how to do it properly. Geraldo Perez (talk) 02:58, 1 September 2024 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Brave (2012 film). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Stop placing "good article" tags on articles that haven't passed the evaluation for that quality tag. Basically leave the evaluation of article quality to those who are familiar with how it is done Geraldo Perez (talk) 21:43, 1 September 2024 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on The Fame. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you might be blocked from editing. Binksternet (talk) 00:31, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
