[edit] Hi Sami270! Thank you for your edits to COVID-19 pandemic in Christmas Island. It looks like you've copied or moved text from one or more pages into that page, and while you are welcome to re-use the content, Wikipedia's licensing requires that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. If you've copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thanks! DanCherek (talk) 13:20, 12 March 2022 (UTC)
- Hi DanCherek. Sorry for that, I just forgot to do it. I copied the first and the second paragraph from the Norfolk Island's pandemic article. But I don’t know where these paragraphs come from first. They have become general paragraphs. Thanks for the reminder. Sami270 (talk) 17:37, 12 March 2022 (UTC)
- No problem, I understand that the text has been reused across dozens of articles. I have fixed the attribution issue at this article so this was just a friendly reminder for future reference. Thanks for all your hard work on articles related to COVID-19! DanCherek (talk) 21:51, 12 March 2022 (UTC)
