Information icon Hello, I'm Ohnoitsjamie. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Hi,

In relations to Lucie Clayton House, I placed the link in there because it was The Harrington Collection that made the conversion which might be interesting to readers and thus beneficial within an encyclopedia.

In relation to the Serviced Apartment page I don't understand if you were unhappy with the links, why you removed the whole paragraph. The paragraph provides interesting and useful information on the changes within the serviced apartment industry that readers would find useful and beneficial to know. The links to several companies were there to back it up so readers can see for themselves what the differences are. I would be happy to discuss if you can point to me exactly where you feel this breaches the editorial rules of wikipedia.

kind regards

P_s_macphail

OhNoitsJamie [[User talk:Ohnoitsjamie|Talk] would it be allowed to keep the name in then without a link, as this is a point of fact rather than promotion?
No. Please practice your digital marketing elsewhere. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not an advertising platform. OhNoitsJamie Talk 14:05, 7 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
