Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Älvsborg Bridge has been reverted.
Your edit here to Älvsborg Bridge was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3uK0cx6DBw) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. Information icon Hello, I'm XLinkBot. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to the page Liseberg, because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links.

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Gothenburg. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it.

Your drone vidoes

[edit]

Hello and welcome to the Wikipedia! I see that so far you have only come in contact with some of our very busy bots, sorry about that. I am one of the editors here who help newcomers to find the right way through all the rules and regulations here. I saw that you have tried to add some drone videos to articles about Gothenburg. The videos are actually very good, the only problem is that you tried to add them the wrong way. Links to YouTube is pretty much a no-no here because of spamming and other problems. BUT, if you upload your video on the site where Wikipedia keeps all its pictures, videos and sound clips called the Commons (link here) the videos can be used not only on the English Wikipedia but on other Wikipedias all over the world. I saw that the Swedish Wikipedia has accepeted your clips from YouTube, but they are not so strict about where the files comes from. Each Wikipedia has a different set of rules. So please start uploading your videos at this link and things will go much better.

If you need any help with doing this the right way so that it will not be deleted, or if you want to ask something else, just write something here. I'll be watching this page for a while. Cheers, w.carter-Talk 10:27, 13 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
