If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

(Non-administrator comment) Hi, you still haven't provided a new username, or any clear reason for the unblock. You were blocked for trying to promote yourself (by creating MinecraftyGamerz), so you should show that you understand the reason for your block and convince the reviewing administrator that you won't continue doing it if unblocked. If you are interested in editing other topics, please tell us what kind of edits you might want to make, as that will help show administrators that you can be a productive editor.
