[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Rosetta Stone, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Please read MOS:ERA to understand that you may not unilaterally change an article's era format without good reason or prior discussion just because it is your personal preference. The article has used AB/BC throughout its development here, so there is no justification for you to change things to hw you like to see them. Nick Moyes (talk) 15:57, 23 May 2020 (UTC)
Recent edit reversion
[edit]In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.
I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.S Philbrick(Talk) 17:44, 13 June 2020 (UTC)
MOS:ERA
[edit]Please refrain from altering dates in article from BC to BCE and vice version. Per MOS:ERA these are not to be changed from the established version in an article without discussion and consensus. Thank you. Canterbury Tail talk 10:08, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
- Again. Stop changing references to BC to BCE. This is against the established MOS:ERA. If you continue to do so it will be considered disruptive editing and you may be blocked from editing. Canterbury Tail talk 10:15, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
- This is your final warning. If you continue to make edits in direct contravention of the Manual of Style, you will be blocked from editing. Canterbury Tail talk 10:20, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
