Final warning for adding random links to lots of articles
[edit] You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Mikel John Obi. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. - Can this be addressed because it has only continued. Someone needs to contact the leader of this project and tell them to actually teach people instead of just saying "add any link." Watercheetah99 (talk) 16:30, 18 March 2022 (UTC)
- i had taken corrections since on the 24th of february and have on been adding verifiable sources, nigerian trusted newspapers to be precise and also, i have limited myself to edits of nigerian articles because i have found it easier to find their refrences than foreign articles. - Your sources are almost all irrelevant, misplaced, and/or wrong. You were asked to stop a month ago, but you've continued to edit hundreds of pages. Read up on what's a reliable source or stop. Watercheetah99 (talk) 00:43, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
- Noted. Currently reading through it
- i apologise Man1ofhonour (talk) 00:45, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
- i read through, looks too cumbersome compared to the simplified lecture/orientation we were given prior to starting the contest. I think it is best i stop so i do not negatively impact your work. Cheers Man1ofhonour (talk) 01:02, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
