Welcome!

Hello, Live Hoff, and welcome to Wikipedia! This is one of the most popular websites in the world, and it's only through the contributions of editors like you. And Wikipedia is not just a collection of articles, it's an active community. The real fun here is contributing to Wikipedia, but don't feel hurt if some of your first few edits get removed, as there are some central guidelines you may not be familiar with.

Some good advice: be bold in your editing, and use the talk pages to discuss with other editors. Be kind to others, because there's a lot you can learn from them, and there's lots they can help you with.

There's lots of resources to help you become a great editor, from our basic introduction to our in-depth manual. But if you have any questions or problems, no matter what they are, leave me a message on my talk page or place {{helpme}} on this page to get any help you need. If you haven't done so, tell us a bit about yourself. Oh, and please sign your name on talk pages and votes by typing ~~~~; our software automatically converts it to your username and the date.

Glad you're here! 2804:F14:8086:5501:5D65:401E:4412:A164 (talk) 00:06, 15 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The Abuse Filter

[edit]

Hi. I saw the abuse filter was giving you some trouble - just so you know, your changes are still available here(Special:AbuseLog/37009829) to the right of "new_wikitext"(just have to remove the ' ' around it). The filter got triggered on one of the citations you added "Biologi for lærere: natur*** i grunnskolelærerutdanninga". That particular filter is supposed to help stop vandalism from new users or IPs and it didn't like the part that sounds like an insult of that word (which I've just figured out will trigger on me too, by trying to explain... well you can guess).

I have not carefully reviewed the changes you were trying to make, but you could do all the other changes if you wanted - alternatively, and the thing I think most users would recommend, is to request for someone to do the part that you can't do in the talk page (or in an edit filter false positive report).

There's that, hope that didn't discourage you too much, welcome again. – 2804:F14:8086:5501:5D65:401E:4412:A164 (talk) 00:06, 15 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
