DYK for Anna Utenhoven
On 3 February 2021, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Anna Utenhoven, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Anna Utenhoven, who was buried alive in 1597, was the last person executed for heresy in the Low Countries? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Anna Utenhoven. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Anna Utenhoven), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (ie, 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Congratulations
Your DYK hook about Anna Utenhoven and her awful live burial for heresy received 9,751 page views (813 per hour) while on the Main Page. It is the one of most viewed hooks during the month of February and has thus earned a place on the February stats list. Keep up the great work! Cbl62 (talk) 17:09, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
Presidency of Joe Biden
Thanks for catching and fixing my error. Unfortunately I don't have the authority to change your update from "pending" to "accepted"; we have to wait for an admin to do that. JustinTime55 (talk) 17:57, 3 March 2021 (UTC)
- @JustinTime55: I thought because I'm an extended confirmed editor, my edits would be accepted automatically. That's odd. —Naddruf (talk ~ contribs) 17:59, 3 March 2021 (UTC)
Draft article for live space consideration
Hello Naddruf,
thank you for your involvement with my draft article titled Draft: Emmanuel Wabwire. Truly appreciated.
I have done A LOT of reforms to the article as per the guidance I received from some editors here. Kindly have a look at it for consideration for live space moving. I take criticism in good faith, so please advise me where necessary.

Thank you again. Jkb2017 (talk) 08:20, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
- @Jkb2017: Right now I think there is too much information about his activities in university. This is not very notable, if at all. So most of this content should be removed. Even if the article ends up shorter, it will have a higher chance of being approved if the content is more notable. I may remove some of this content. Be patient, the article may not be published immediately. But overall, I can see that it has been improved. —Naddruf (talk ~ contribs) 08:36, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
- @Jkb2017: Another note: Anything that cannot be referenced should be removed. For example:
Wabwire failed to apply for Makerere University's September 2010 intake and joined Uganda Christian University through the January intake in 2011.
At the Mukono-based university, Wabwire pursued his undergraduate degree in Development Studies. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Catholic University of Milan, Italy and is also a PhD candidate at Uganda Christian University.
He was elected the chairperson of the Red Cross Society - UCU chapter. He also worked with the Red Cross, Mukono branch.
Does this have a reference? —Naddruf (talk ~ contribs) 08:38, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
Thank you for your feedback. Very useful. I will make necessary reforms. Cheers! Jkb2017 (talk) 08:43, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
Quick one. In case I feel I have made the necessary reforms to the article to warrant consideration for approval for the live space, do I have to write anything on the draft article or I just have to leave the Draft article there and wait for an admin to check it out?
Thanks always. Jkb2017 (talk) 10:41, 11 March 2021 (UTC)

Welcoming editors in other languages
How does one respond to an automated message from the German Wikipedia that the user requested that their page not be a red link was created by you and rather than the user, when you welcome that user on their talk page? Hyacinth (talk) 06:19, 6 August 2021 (UTC)
- @Hyacinth: If you're referring to Bengud, I created their talk page on the English Wikipedia. But it seems that you created their user page on their German Wikipedia; it got deleted. [1]. I don't think that was necessary, because Bengud did not edit on the German Wikipedia. —Lights and freedom (talk ~ contribs) 06:34, 6 August 2021 (UTC)
