- Saying only right leaning sources are not reliable, especially when Long COVID is not a right leaning cause, doesn't make much sense to me since they are major publications reporting against something they wouldn't want to promote. It seems bias on the reviewer's part. As for the quotations, they are invaluable first person accounts of the notable's Long COVID battles and Wikipedia is full of quotations. They should remain in and are very important. Additionally, every single person listed has a source, which I painstakingly added. I can review and see if there is anyone that should be removed, but I defined what notable meant in this regard in the beginning part of the page. I would appreciate another reviewer on this thank you. LCF2023 (talk) 01:07, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
- It's not all quotations, there is a good amount due to how important those are in relaying the details of their own Long COVID. It's a pretty important part of this. LCF2023 (talk) 01:08, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
- No, it's not about them being right-leaning or left-leaning, it's about them being tabloids known for their low verification standards. I suggest you take a look at Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Perennial sources for more information.
You did not define what criteria you meant by "notable", only saying that the list wascurated by the Long COVID Foundation
. What does that mean? A foundation doesn't have ownership of a Wikipedia page, and an account isn't allowed to represent an entire foundation but should be for a single person.
You are free to submit the article again to have the input of another reviewer. Chaotıċ Enby (talk · contribs) 01:24, 12 April 2024 (UTC)- I removed the Daily Mail and The Sun as sources and better defined notable including the phrase "in the public eye" along with some of my explanation from before. The Long COVID Foundation page is being created soon. It's a Long COVID non-profit and part of what we do is bring more awareness to this serious health issue, hence the creation of this Wikipedia Page. LCF2023 (talk) 02:31, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
- It is recommended not to create articles about yourselves. Also, you're not allowed to have a "company" account, accounts should represent a single person. Chaotıċ Enby (talk · contribs) 10:19, 12 April 2024 (UTC)

- This is not a list of any person with Long COVID like that one is. This is a list of notable people, which is important because people don't think the famous can get Long COVID, but they do. It's also incredibly more detailed, this took several days to do even with having already curated this information in the past, with an accurate description of Long COVID. Please reconsider. - The first sentence of List of people with long COVID says
This is a list of notable people with long COVID
. I genuinely don't see the difference. Feel free to add information to the already existing list if you have good sourcing. Chaotıċ Enby (talk · contribs) 19:25, 12 April 2024 (UTC)- They're not all notable or athletes, etc.. One person is a person that's known for having Long COVID only. I know Long COVID quite well thus I'm aware. I've looked at that and I've curated this list a long time ago. There is a difference and this was brutal to compile and finish on Wikipedia. It's an important list for an important problem. Look forward to approval. 47.18.249.246 (talk) 19:54, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
