Publication dates
[edit]The information you added to "He Knew He Was Right" may be true, but it requires a reference. And any information in the Lead is supposed to be elaborated upon in the body of the article. A (referenced) section titled Publication would be a better place than in the Lead. David notMD (talk) 15:46, 24 February 2024 (UTC)
Your number reverted
[edit]I agree with the editor that reverted all your attempts to add numerical order (tenth, etc.) to the lead sentences of the articles about the novels. David notMD (talk) 14:29, 30 March 2024 (UTC)
- I have to agree. The edits were not useful. MichaelMaggs (talk) 15:17, 30 March 2024 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for May 25
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited No Name (novel), you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Armadale and The Woman in White. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

[edit]Please do not add or change content, as you did at Ukigumo (novel), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. ... discospinster talk 22:18, 7 June 2024 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Sumanuil. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to The Awakening (Chopin novel) have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. - Sumanuil. Hello, I'm Wham2001. I noticed that you recently removed content from The Woodlanders without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. You've made several edits to this article that have been reverted. If there are changes that you think need to be made to the article I suggest opening a discussion at the article talk page. Also, please start using edit summaries – it would make the thinking behind your edits much clearer to other editors. Thanks! Wham2001 (talk) 09:57, 27 June 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that your recent edit to George du Maurier did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.
The edit summary field looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary (or the default undo summary), and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! DBaK (talk) 11:20, 29 September 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm RachelTensions. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Rosé (singer), but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! RachelTensions (talk) 16:29, 26 December 2024 (UTC)
Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Huckleberry Finn. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use your sandbox. Thank you. ☾Loriendrew☽ ☏(ring-ring) 22:08, 26 December 2024 (UTC)
